How do I get my ticket?

Once you have booked your place on the masterclass you wish, you should receive an email confirmation, which is your ticket. You will also receive an email reminder before the day.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Make Makers’ cancellation policy states that if you wish to cancel your booking we are unable to offer you a refund. However, up to three weeks before the masterclass, you can transfer the full fee to something else without penalty. Read more on our terms and conditions page.

I would like a bespoke event; can I talk to someone on the phone?

Yes of course you can, if you give Olivia an email with a time of when suits you she will endeavor to call you back.

What if I can't find the makers studio on the day?

We will give you really good directions to the studio but we will always give a contact number where possible just in case you get lost.

Will drinks or food be provided?

Hot drinks may or may not be provided by the maker, it depends on the facilities they have at their studio. We advise that you bring some water, just in case.

No lunch is provided on any of our masterclass, unless otherwise stated. If you have booked a whole day masterclass we advise that you bring a packed lunch or make use of some of the fantastic cafes near our makers studios.

Do I need experience?

No you don’t need any experience. Our masterclasses are for all levels of ability and the maker running the class will work accordingly to the ability of the participants.

Is there a minimum age?

Our masterclasses are designed for adults, However, if you would like to book some someone under 18, drop us an email and we can best advise as to what masterclass might best suit. We do ask that under 18’s are supervised by an adult during the masterclass.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

No, just bring yourself! All tools and materials are provided for you.

What clothes should I wear?

Please don’t wear heals or open toe shoes, even if it’s a really sunny day! No ties or clothing that has dangling items. Wear sensible clothing to the masterclass, for example, if your heading into the wood’s, bring warm clothing and sensible shoes that can get muddy. If a masterclass has specific requirement we will tell you in the email confirmation.
